Sharron Cirillo:  PA; president of the Delaware State Board of Accountancy, member of NASBA and DAPA; manager of a specialty practice in Middletown focused on small businesses, forensic accounting and financial software systems:  This morning session, Ethics & Professional Conduct for Delaware CPAs, is designed to meet the specific ethics requirements for Delaware and is approved by the Delaware State Board of Accountancy.  Look forward to a lively discussion of current Delaware Code, actual cases, and practical applications of the ever-changing ethical standards.  This session will satisfy 4 Delaware Specific Ethics credits. 

Frank A. Albero:  CPA; president of Albero & Albero; member of the Delaware Society of CPAs, the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs:  In his session, Accounting and Auditing Update, Frank will discuss the latest accounting and auditing principles in conjunction with concrete examples of application of such principles from his experiences working both as a CPA practitioner and the CFO of a number of large companies. He will also provide some insight into what is on the horizon for 2009 and share his view on the financial statements of the future.  This session will satisfy 2 Auditing and 2 Accounting CPE credits.

Linda M. Dickey:  BS; partner 4Sight Group, LLC; member of InfraGard, a partnership between private industry and the U.S. government (represented by the FBI); national speaker and keynote presenter:  In her morning session, Business Continuity/Disaster Response Planning, Linda will discuss 1) the methodology and tools used in a comprehensive computer disaster contingency plan; 2) exactly how controls should be put in place to ensure a client’s ability to record, process and report financial data;  3) how to phrase management letter recommendations regarding proper corrective action.  This program will help you understand the 3-phase Disaster Contingency Planning process and includes insight into adequate insurance coverage, computer back-up systems, temporary equipment and facilities, key employees and their roles and responsibilities, etc.  This session will satisfy 4 Auditing CPE credits.

Laurence I. Levinson:  BA; JD; member of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Estate Planning Council, Wealth Counsel, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys:  For the past fifteen years, Larry has solely counseled clients on estate planning and elder law issues.
